Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions work at Moisy and how you can cancel, pause or change them at any time.
1. How our subscriptions work
When you sign up for a Moisy subscription:
- You receive your selected product(s) once a month.
- You are charged automatically on the same day each month, using the payment method on file.
- Your first delivery is sent shortly after your initial purchase. Subsequent deliveries follow the monthly cycle.
- Subscribers receive an automatic discount of [INVULLEN: %] off the standard price on every recurring order, for as long as the subscription remains active.
2. No minimum commitment
You can cancel your subscription at any time, including after your very first order. There is no minimum number of deliveries required and no cancellation fee.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription in one of two ways:
By email (primary method): Send an email to help@moisy.uk with your order number or the email address linked to your subscription. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 working days.
Through your customer account: You can also manage and cancel your subscription directly from your customer account on moisy.uk.
To make sure your next delivery is not sent, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before charge may apply to the delivery after that, as the next order may already have been processed for dispatch.
4. Pausing or changing your subscription
If you are not ready to cancel but want a break, you can also:
- Pause your subscription for a chosen period.
- Change the delivery frequency or the products in your subscription.
- Update your shipping address or payment method.
You can request any of these changes by emailing help@moisy.uk or through your customer account.
5. Refunds for subscription orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same return rules as one-off purchases. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
In short: unopened products with intact seal can be returned within 90 days. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you cancel your subscription after a charge has already been processed but before the order has been dispatched, contact us at help@moisy.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the shipment and refund you.
6. Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to charge the card again within a few days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be automatically paused or cancelled. We will let you know by email so you can update your payment details.
7. Changes to subscription terms
We may update the price, frequency or terms of our subscriptions from time to time. If we make changes that affect your active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance, giving you the option to cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer — including the 14-day right to cancel your first order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — are not affected by this policy.
