Welcome to Moisy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website moisy.uk and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website or place an order. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site and to make purchases.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We sell cosmetic products, including Korean-inspired toner pads and related skincare. All products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

Product descriptions, images and ingredient lists are provided for information purposes. While we make every effort to be accurate, slight variations in colour, packaging or formulation may occur. Cosmetic results can vary from person to person.

Our products comply with applicable UK cosmetic safety regulations and are accompanied by the required safety documentation.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our website:

1. You make an offer to buy the product(s) at the listed price.
2. We confirm receipt of your order by email — this is not yet acceptance.
3. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, stock shortages, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions in your country.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment you check out.

We currently accept payment via Shopify Payments, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Additional payment methods may be added in future.

Payment is taken at the moment of purchase. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship from our fulfilment partner to the United Kingdom and internationally.

• Shipping costs: £3.95 for UK orders under £50. Free shipping on UK orders of £50 or more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 14 working days from dispatch.
• Customs and import duties (international orders): You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right to cancel (UK statutory right)

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Important hygiene exception: This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. Once a product seal is broken, the statutory 14-day right of cancellation no longer applies to that item.

To exercise your right to cancel, email us at help@moisy.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Returns and refunds

In addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, we offer an extended 90-day return window for unopened products with the seal intact. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Use of our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in a way that may damage, disable or impair its functioning.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, customer data or networks.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to extract content from our website without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or place fraudulent orders.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Moisy name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and graphics — is owned by Forretress Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any loss arising in connection with your use of our website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Product results and individual variation

Cosmetic results can vary from person to person. Any claims about the look or feel of the skin made on this website or in our marketing relate to typical user experiences and are not guarantees of specific results.

If you have sensitive skin, known allergies or any skin condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use and always patch-test new products.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
